The service in the restaurant could be improved, with some guests experiencing long waiting times for their food.

Great location near a national park and surrounded by nature. the hotel had a nice pool for relaxing and the staff were friendly and welcoming. the buffet restaurant offered good food at a reasonable price. the hotel provided good value for money.

The balcony with a pool or garden view was just amazing. I could sit there all day, taking in the beautiful scenery and enjoying the fresh air. The room had everything I needed for a good night's sleep. It was so peaceful and quiet, allowing me to fully recover from a long day of exploring.

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the bath or shower in the private bathroom. But hey, that's just my personal preference, and others might still enjoy it.

As for drawbacks, the room was a bit dark and it got a little cold at times. However, these were minor inconveniences compared to the overall fantastic experience.

I always stay at this amazing place. Staff helped me with direction for attractions. It suits me perfectly. Free Wi-Fi, parking, electric kettle, flat-screen TV, laundry. fitness centre, table tennis, darts, billiard, tennis court. Bar, restaurant, sun loungers. Game room, children's play area, board games. Saltwater pool, no pets, non-smoking rooms. Coming back for trip.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. Leandra, the staff member, was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. She waited for us even though we arrived late and made sure we had Sunday lunch for dinner. The hotel itself is beautiful, with spacious rooms and a rich history. The amenities provided were great, although I didn't have time to use them all. The staff at breakfast were friendly and attentive. a luxury hotel with fantastic service.
